For all of my amazing followers

I have received a TON of messages lately asking for some specific workouts that I like to do so have created new pages for this! I am planning on making a few more pages and adding ALOT to the ones I made tonight… check them out :)

1. Leg Workouts

Leg workouts are definitely my favorite things to do, at the gym and at home! I only have one listed right now but expect new ones very soon :)

2. Easy Workouts in Unique Places

I have this weird thing where I love to just randomly start doing mini workouts in strange places so I decided to share them all with you! Make sure you know that these workouts will not turn you into a Nike model, especially without a healthy diet and cardio but they can help you tone a little while you would normally just be sitting down :)
