This question seems like it should be an easy answer. Truth is, it is not. The annoying thing about weight loss is that we are all different, our bodies respond to things differently. I would suggest that you do some experimenting to see what works best for you. Do NOT get discouraged you will eventually find something that works for you! Try these first: no fried foods, no fast food, and no ice cream. You can add and delete stuff from that list as you go on!
