Don’t have time for a long workout? Well this is the perfect short leg workout!

20 squats
30 lunges
40 toe touches (remember to flex muscles this step for max results)
50 second wall sit (90 degrees)
100 Jumping jacks or High knees
50 second wall sit (90 degrees)
40 toe touches (remember to flex muscles this step for max results)
30 lunges
20 squats
