FIT, FABULOUS, AND FULL WORKOUT!

Ive had a few requests for a full workout routine from my followers! So I put together a full week of workouts that I would suggest to anyone who is on a journey to be fit, fabulous, and full :)

Note: This is a beginners workout and each workout should take approximatley 30 minutes, double the minutes for a more successful workout. I have found through personal experience and research that changing things up is what works best, so that is why things are a little random.

Day One:

Stretch
7 Minute Jog or Power Walk 
7 Minute Stationary bike
7 Minute stair stepper
7 Minute Run
2 Minute Cool down- walk or jog

Day Two

Stretch
8 Minute Jog or Power Walk
8 Minute Elliptical Machine
5 Minute Ab Routine on Medicine Ball
7 Minute Run
2 Minute Cool down- walk or jog

Day Three

Stretch
12 Minute Jog
5 Minute Ab Routine with weight ball
10 Minute Stationary Bike
2 Minute Cool down- Walk or Jog

Day Four

Stretch
8 Minute Warm Up Jog
8 Minute Stair Stepper
4 Minute Bicep Curls
8 Minute Elliptical Machine
2 Minute Cool Down- walk or jog

Day Five

Stretch
5 Minute Warm Up Jog
5 Minute Ab Routine with weight ball
5 Minute Ab Routine on Medicine Ball
13 Minute Run
2 Minute Cool Down- Walk or Jog

Day Six

Stretch
5 Minute Warm Up Jog
12 MInute Stationary Bike
12 Minute Elliptical
2 Minute Cool Down- Walk or Jog

Day Seven

Rest day- but that DOES NOT mean you sit on your butt.
Go outside and take a 15 minute power walk or jog.

Now, once you do this workout a few times get creative and start changing things up yourself!
