easy workouts in unique places

The thing that some people dont understand is that you dont have to spend hours in the gym to get in a good workout. Now keep this in mind: these workouts alone will not make you look like a Nike model. So while keeping this in mind, these little workouts just help you work a little on your body while you would normally not be doing anything :)

The bed leg workout:
Perfect for when your just laying there and can’t fall asleep, you may burn a few calories, work on your muscles, and ware yourself out so you can fall asleep! This article was not made for the bed, but hey I do it everynight before I fall asleep so who cares :)

    

Tanning Bed (stand up bed) calve raises:

This is great!!! I randomly started doing this about a year ago one day and I still do it everytime I tan and I really can tell a difference!

Simply do reps of 25 calve raises in the tanning bed till your time is up in the tanning bed! Super easy :)
