I truly do understand where you are coming from since I am an athlete myself, probably not near the same athlete as yourself or whoever you are talking about since I do not eat 1,000+ calorie meals.. I just re blogged that because I was tired of seeing girls torture themselves from “binging” when in reality they were not binging.
So I appreciate you trying to be a smart ass, but that level of negativity doesn’t work on me. Have a great holiday season :)

It’s easy enough to tell yourself that you can get a good, quick workout in at home. There are so many exercises you can do while you watch tv! Just do wall sits during commercials. Just do jumping jacks while the show is on. So easy! Who needs a gym? Except then Grey’s Anatomy starts, you do a…

I have received a TON of messages lately asking for some specific workouts that I like to do so have created new pages for this! I am planning on making a few more pages and adding ALOT to the ones I made tonight… check them out :)
1. Leg Workouts
Leg workouts are definitely my favorite things to do, at the gym and at home! I only have one listed right now but expect new ones very soon :)
2. Easy Workouts in Unique Places
I have this weird thing where I love to just randomly start doing mini workouts in strange places so I decided to share them all with you! Make sure you know that these workouts will not turn you into a Nike model, especially without a healthy diet and cardio but they can help you tone a little while you would normally just be sitting down :)
